Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Infinity Rejoice, which runs Infinity Rejoice at https://infinityrejoice.com. "We", "us" and "our" mean Infinity Rejoice. "You" means the person using the site.
By using the site, sending a reading request or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Ordering isn't open yet
Right now we don't take orders or payments. You can send a reading request, which tells us which reading you want and what your question is. A request is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything.
When ordering opens, we'll email you a link to complete your order. If you don't use it, nothing happens, and we delete your request 12 months after you sent it. The parts of these terms about orders, payment, delivery and refunds apply once ordering opens. Everything else, including the acceptable use rules, applies now.
Who can use Infinity Rejoice
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract where you live. By sending a request or placing an order, you confirm that you are.
Use an email address that belongs to you and that you check. That's where we'll send your order link and your reading.
What you get
You get a personalized written tarot reading. Here's how it works:
- You choose a reading of 3 to 10 cards.
- You write your question and give us your first name. If your question involves someone else, you can also give us their first name.
- We write your reading using the original 1909 tarot deck illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith.
- We email it to you as a PDF within 24 hours of receiving your question.
The site also has a free card of the day. Your draw is saved in your browser and isn't sent to us. Like a reading, it's for entertainment and personal reflection.
What a reading is not
Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection. A reading doesn't predict the future and doesn't guarantee any outcome.
A reading is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. It doesn't replace a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial advisor. Please don't make important decisions, or put off getting professional help, because of a reading. What you decide to do is up to you, and you're responsible for it.
If you need help now
If you're in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, please don't wait for a reading. Reach out now:
- US: call or text 988
- UK and Ireland: call Samaritans on 116 123
- Anywhere else: find a helpline at findahelpline.com
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
How ordering will work
Once ordering opens:
- You choose a reading and send your question, your first name and your email address. If you sent a reading request earlier, we'll email you a link to finish your order instead.
- Before you pay, checkout shows the reading you chose, the total price and these terms.
- Because we deliver within 24 hours, we'll ask you to request that we start on your reading right away. If you live in the EU or UK, you'll also confirm that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once we deliver your reading. Our 30-day refund still applies.
- You pay through our payment processor.
- We email you an order confirmation. It records your order and your request to start right away. Our contract with you begins when we send it.
- We write your reading and email it to you.
If you spot a mistake in your question or email address, email us at hello@infinityrejoice.com as soon as you can.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if it breaks the acceptable use rules below, looks fraudulent or shows an obvious pricing error. If we do, we refund what you paid in full.
Prices, payment and taxes
- Prices are in US dollars. Each reading is a one-time payment. There's no subscription, and nothing renews.
- Before you pay, checkout shows the full price, including any sales tax or VAT we have to collect.
- Third-party payment processors, such as PayPal or Stripe, handle payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
- If your card or account uses another currency, your bank or provider may charge conversion or foreign transaction fees. We don't control those fees.
- We may change our prices. A change never affects an order you've already paid for.
Delivery
We email your reading as a PDF to the address you gave us within 24 hours of receiving your question. If you sent your question as a reading request before ordering opened, the 24 hours start when you complete your order.
You can ask us to resend your reading for up to 12 months after delivery. After that we delete it, so keep your own copy.
If your reading doesn't arrive
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- If it's still missing 24 hours after your order, email hello@infinityrejoice.com from the address you ordered with, or include your order details. We'll resend it.
- If you gave us the wrong email address, tell us the right one. We'll resend your reading once we've checked the order is yours.
If we can't deliver your reading, we refund you in full.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no reason needed, by emailing hello@infinityrejoice.com. The money goes back to your original payment method. Our Refund Policy has the details, including how this fits with the EU and UK right of withdrawal.
Acceptable use
Don't use Infinity Rejoice to:
- ask questions aimed at harming, threatening, stalking, tracking or surveilling anyone
- try to find out where someone is, or what they're doing, without their knowledge
- harass anyone or send hateful, threatening or illegal content
- use someone else's email address or pretend to be someone else
- send automated, bulk or spam requests, scrape the site, overload it or try to get around its security
- break the law in any other way
If your question involves another person, use their first name only. Please leave out their surname, their contact details and sensitive details about them, such as their health or sexuality.
We may decline a question that breaks these rules, or one we can't answer responsibly. We may also block anyone who misuses the site. If you've paid for a reading we decline, we refund you in full.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
Who owns what
- Your reading. We own the copyright in the text we write for you. You may keep it, print it and share it for personal, non-commercial use, for example by sending it to a friend or posting it on your own social media. You may not sell it or republish it for commercial purposes.
- Your question. It stays yours. You allow us to use it only to write and deliver your reading and to help with your order. We don't publish questions or readings.
- The site. The text, design and branding of Infinity Rejoice belong to Infinity Rejoice or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except as the law allows.
- The card images. We use the original 1909 tarot deck illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith. Those images are in the public domain.
Disclaimers
As far as the law allows, we provide the site and our readings "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that the site will always work or be error-free, or that a reading will be accurate or useful to you. We make no other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
If you're a consumer, the rights you have under consumer law still apply. For example, the law may require us to provide our service with reasonable care and skill, and as described.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the site or a reading is limited to the amount you paid us for the reading the claim relates to.
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen when you ordered. We also aren't liable for decisions you make, or don't make, based on a reading.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can't legally be limited or excluded. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for fraud, and consumer rights that the law says can't be taken away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when ordering opens or when the law changes. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant and you have a request or order with us, we'll email you about it. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of Infinity Rejoice is registered (to be published here before ordering opens).
If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you live in the EU or UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
If something goes wrong, please email us first at hello@infinityrejoice.com so we can try to fix it.
General
- If a court decides that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
- We may transfer this agreement to another business, for example if Infinity Rejoice is sold. That won't reduce your rights.
- Only you and we can enforce these terms. Nobody else, including anyone named in your question, has rights under them.
