Refund Policy

Ordering isn't open yet, so we're not taking payments. This policy applies to orders once ordering opens.

Full refund within 30 days

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. You don't need to explain why.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@infinityrejoice.com within 30 days of your purchase. Send it from the email address you ordered with, or include your order details so we can find your order. You don't need to fill in a form.

How you get your money back

We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of your email. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it.

If your reading doesn't arrive

Email us and we'll resend it. If we can't deliver it, we'll refund you in full.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU or UK, the law usually gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. This is called the right of withdrawal.

Because we deliver your reading within 24 hours, at checkout we'll ask you to request that we start right away. We'll also ask you to confirm you understand that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once we deliver your reading. Your order confirmation email will record both.

This doesn't change our 30-day refund. You can still get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.

This policy doesn't affect any other rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
