the boring but important part
Privacy Policy
Ordering isn't open yet. The full legal name and registered address of the company that runs Infinity Rejoice will be published on this page before any payment is taken.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Infinity Rejoice collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It covers https://infinityrejoice.com and the reading requests and orders made through it.
The short version
- We collect what you type into the reading request form, plus a little technical data to stop abuse.
- We use your question only to write and deliver your reading.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
- We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies.
- We delete requests and readings after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Who we are
Infinity Rejoice is run by Infinity Rejoice, Registered address to be published here before ordering opens. We're the "controller" of your personal information, which means we decide how and why it's used. For anything about this policy, email hello@infinityrejoice.com.
Ordering isn't open yet
Right now we only collect reading requests. We don't take orders or payments. When ordering opens, we'll email people who sent a request a link to complete their order. The parts of this policy about orders and payments apply from then on. We'll update this policy before ordering opens.
What we collect
When you send a reading request
- The reading you chose
- Your question
- Your first name
- Another person's first name, if you give one
- Your email address
- Whether you checked the optional box to get occasional emails from us. It starts unchecked.
- The date and time you sent the request
We need the reading you chose, your question, your first name and your email address to write and deliver your reading. Everything else is optional.
Collected automatically
- Your approximate country, which Cloudflare works out from your connection.
- A salted hash of your IP address. This is a scrambled code that lets us spot repeat abuse without storing your IP address itself.
- Which of our pages you sent the request from, and the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, which ad brought you to us). We use this to understand which pages and campaigns work.
Cloudflare also processes your IP address and basic technical details about your browser to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Analytics
If we turn on Cloudflare's cookieless analytics, it gives us total numbers, such as page views. It doesn't use cookies or build a profile of you.
Once ordering opens
- Your order details, such as the reading you bought, the price and the date.
- Limited payment details from our payment processor, which may include your name, email address, country, the amount paid and a transaction reference. We never see or store your full card number.
- The reading we write for you.
When you email us
We get your email address and whatever you write to us.
Sensitive details in your question
Your question may reveal things like your relationships, sexuality, health or beliefs. Data protection laws treat some of this as sensitive or "special category" information.
We use whatever you choose to share only to write your reading. We rely on your explicit consent to do this, under Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR and UK GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and we'll delete your question and reading. If we haven't delivered your reading yet, we won't be able to write it, and we'll refund anything you paid.
Share only what you're comfortable sharing. Please don't include other people's surnames or sensitive details about other people.
How we use your information
Here's what we use your information for, and our legal basis for each use under the GDPR and UK GDPR:
- To handle your request or order. This means storing your request, emailing you a link when ordering opens, writing and delivering your reading, resending it, handling refunds and answering your emails. Our legal basis is contract. We need this information to do what you asked for, or to take steps you asked for before you order.
- To use sensitive details in your question. We use these only to write your reading. Our legal basis is your explicit consent, as explained above.
- To send occasional emails, if you opted in. Our legal basis is consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse. This is what the hashed IP address, the country and Cloudflare's security tools are for. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site and the people who use it.
- To see how the site is used, if we turn on analytics. We only look at total numbers. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
- To keep transaction records, once ordering opens. Our legal basis is our legal obligation under tax and accounting law.
We don't use your question or reading for marketing. We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with providers that help us run Infinity Rejoice, and only what they need to do their job:
- Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers it through its network and protects it from attacks. Its D1 database stores reading requests and orders. Cloudflare Email Service sends your order confirmation and refund emails, and will send your reading. If we turn on analytics, Cloudflare provides that too.
- Orchestrapay, once ordering opens. Orchestrapay runs our checkout page and routes your payment to a card processor. It receives your email address, your first name, the amount and your card details, and keeps card details in a PCI-DSS compliant vault. We never see or store your full card number. Orchestrapay and the card processor handle your payment under their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. If Infinity Rejoice is sold or transferred, your information would pass to the new owner, and this policy would still apply to it.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
International transfers
Cloudflare and our other providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, whose data protection laws may differ from yours. When information from the EU or UK goes to a country that hasn't been recognized as having adequate data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum to them. You can email us to ask about these safeguards.
Cookies and local storage
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies.
The site uses your browser's local storage for two things only:
- your card of the day draw
- a draft of the request form you haven't sent yet, so you don't lose what you typed
Both stay on your device. They aren't sent to us, and we can't see them. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser's data for this site.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, for example to check that a visitor isn't a bot. It isn't used for advertising or analytics.
This storage only supports features you use, and nothing on the site tracks you. The law doesn't require consent for that, so the site doesn't show a cookie banner.
How long we keep it
- We delete reading requests that never become an order 12 months after you send them.
- We keep questions and delivered readings for 12 months after delivery, so we can resend your reading, then delete them.
- We keep transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- If you opted in to occasional emails, we keep your email address for that until you unsubscribe.
We store the hashed IP address and country with your request and delete them with it.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We'll do it unless the law requires us to keep something, such as transaction records.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
If you're in the EU or UK
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your information and get a copy
- correct information that's wrong or incomplete
- have your information erased
- restrict how we use it
- receive it in a portable format, or have it sent to another company
- object to our use of it based on legitimate interests
- withdraw your consent at any time, which doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew it
- complain to a data protection supervisory authority
In the UK, that's the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. In the EU, it's the data protection authority in your country. We'd welcome the chance to fix things first, but you don't have to contact us before you complain.
If you're in the US
Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, may give you the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy
- correct inaccurate information
- delete your information
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and of targeted advertising
- limit our use of your sensitive personal information
- not be treated differently for using these rights
We don't sell or share your information or use it for targeted advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of. We use sensitive personal information only to write the reading you asked for, which is a use the law allows without an opt-out.
Under California law, the categories of personal information we collect are:
- identifiers, such as your first name, email address and hashed IP address
- approximate location, at country level only
- sensitive personal information, if your question includes it
- commercial information, meaning your purchase records, once ordering opens
We collect it from you, from Cloudflare and, once ordering opens, from our payment processor. We use it for the purposes in this policy and disclose it only to the providers listed above.
You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If we turn down your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.
How to make a request
Email hello@infinityrejoice.com from the address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm it's you before we act. We'll reply within one month, and there's no charge.
Children
Infinity Rejoice is only for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has sent us a request, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The site uses encrypted connections, we store a hash of your IP address instead of the address itself, and your payment details stay with the payment processor. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that your information will never be accessed without permission.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our practices change, including before ordering opens. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email you before it takes effect.
